Hold the Wheat

I decided to stop eating gluten.  If you have difficulty remembering which grains to avoid on a gluten free diet use the acronym BROWS.

B = Barley

R = Rye

O = Oats

W = Wheat

S = Spelt

Guess what?  Right! My joints started feeling even better and the stiffness decreased. 

I did read that most people should not  eat a 100% gluten free diet forever.  So every now and then, after a few months, I eat a little organic whole mixed grain bread that I purchase from Costco.
