Your muscles are working hard to maintain your health

Muscles and bones work together. Muscles not only separate the young from the old and the fit from the not-so –fit,  muscles  increase your body metabolism so you can occasionally enjoy a delicious treat without worrying about your waist line.

Strong muscles hold bones in proper alignment. Exercising your muscles will decrease your risk for arthritis. If you already have arthritis, exercise will decrease arthritic pain.
