Help Children Sleep Well

Here are some things parents can do to help children sleep well.

Establish a school night bedtime and wake up time.

Develop a relaxing bedtime routine.

Do not put the computer in the bedroom.

Take video games, cell phones, tablets, games consoles out of the bedroom.

No television in the bedroom.

Do not do homework in the bed.

Create a quiet dark sleep environment.

Turn off the lights.
