One morning I woke up with pain in almost every joint. I asked my husband if he ever had joint pain. "No". He is a few years older than me. So achy joints do not necessarily come with age. I decided to adopt my husband's behavior of fasting. My husband takes a fast for one day once a week and has done this for nearly 20 years.
I decided I would only drink purified water and home prepared vegetable juices for one day. I selected a day when I wouldn't miss exercise classes or have strenuous work. Guess what? My joints started to feel better!
